The Power Rack was developed to equip small spaces with limited height, but with the same functionalities as a functional training structure (Rig). It is a support structure for the Olympic bars, designed specifically for front or back squats. Unlike other structures of its kind, the exercises can also be performed inside the structure. It is also used for lifting the bar above the head and chest. These movements help to develop the upper body muscle groups.
Thanks to its solid structure, it has greater stability and supports more weight than the usual structures.
