Under European legislation, new products are always entitled to a 6 months free guarantee, ensuring that all the instructions described in the product data sheet have been followed. In the case of the guarantee of products sold to professional customers the guarantee reduces to 1 year.

In the case of Used products they also have a 3-year warranty right, however if the equipment contains Digital Elements the warranty may be extended to 18 months by agreement between the people involved.
