Purpose:
Transportation of weight from one point to another. Used in strength and conditioning training. Very common in strongman.
Maintenance:
The cleaning of the shaft (removal of magnesium and dirt) should be carried out weekly, depending on its use, focusing especially on the application of a lubricant and anti-rust liquid (e.g. WD40 spray).
