RETURN CONDITIONS

1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return if it is found that the supplied products have defects or other non-conformities regarding the ordered items. The return can be made within a period of 15 days after notification of the defect against the presentation of the original invoice, and the product must retain all original elements. The seller will proceed to analyze the returned product and will inform the user of the right to the respective refund (if applicable), or exchange for the same or another product according to the customer’s option (bearing in mind that if an exchange for an item of higher value is requested, the customer will have to pay the difference). As a rule, the seller will proceed with the refund within 15 working days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to refund.

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as justifying reasons for the return, the total amount paid will be refunded.

The refund will be made by bank transfer.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights.

The right to return only occurs provided that the products:  

Have not been washed or used (unless the product contains information to the contrary). The customer has the right to try the equipment and accessories but cannot use them.
It is mandatory to send the equipment in the original packaging.
The original packaging must not be damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged).
Are complete (e.g. both items in a pair must be returned).
Have not been tampered with and retain the identification label, if the product has such a label.
All items that are manufactured by customization are not eligible for return.

2. RETURN FOR WITHDRAWAL

The customer may, if not satisfied with the supplied products, proceed with their return within 15 calendar days after receipt, against presentation of the original invoice. As a rule, the seller will proceed with the refund within 15 working days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to refund.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order after its confirmation, the cancellation must be made at the latest by the next working day. Additional shipping costs are borne by the customer.

This cancellation must be communicated to customerservice@boxpt.com with the subject CANCEL ORDER [insert order code], otherwise it will not be considered.
Once the order is in the Processing state, it cannot be cancelled.

3. RETURNING GIFTS

The return of a gifted product must be made by the person who offered/purchased it, with presentation of the original invoice.

If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as justifying reasons for the return, the total amount paid will be refunded. The refund will be made to the debit or credit card used to make the purchase.

The refund of the amount paid will be made by bank transfer.

4. EXCHANGE FOR SIZE OR OTHER ITEMS

To exchange a product, you must request a return of the received product and send it back to our facilities. A coupon of equal value will be issued, which can be used to purchase a new product, provided the returned product meets the conditions outlined below.
