GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

1. Information about domain owner and online store www.boxpt.com

The domain / online store available at www.boxpt.com are owned by "Atitudes d'Época, Lda" (hereinafter "BOXPT Equipment"), a limited liability company with headquarters at Rua José Ribeiro Galvão, 60 4BE, 4490- 649 Póvoa de Varzim, with a unique registration and identification number of corporate entity no. 510618359, with a registered capital of € 50,000 and a registered trademark with "BOXPT Equipment".

 

2. Scope of application

3. Comercial policy

In the event that the product / article purchased does not correspond to the information / description presented on the same and its characteristics, the Customer has the right to terminate the purchase contract in accordance with the applicable legal terms (and as described in the section Exchanges and Returns).

The sale underlying each order made by the Customer is made under "reservation of ownership", whereby the products purchased remain the property of Atitudes d'Época, Lda until the full and complete payment of the invoiced amount.

The validity and confirmation of the purchase order / order by the Customer, presupposes that the Customer has taken note of and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the Privacy Policy in force, at any time, in the online store BOXPT Equipment at www. boxpt.com. 4. Customer order

In case of non-payment or non-compliance or non-confirmation of these General Conditions of Sale, BOXPT Equipment reserves the right not to accept the order of the Customer, or to cancel it, even after automatic confirmation of the same.

 

5. Confirmation or Cancellation

BOXPT Equipment reserves the right not to confirm and / or proceed with the delivery of the products of the order made by the Client, regardless of the reason and free of responsibility for any damages or costs:

   1. If any unforeseeable occurrence or change in the current circumstances that may affect production, transportation and related costs arise or causes abnormal increases in the prices of raw materials;

Returns Policy

1. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other nonconformities with regard to the items ordered. The return may be made within 15 days after notification of the defect dependant on the presentation of the original invoice and the product must retain all its original elements. 4.EXCHANGES FOR OTHER SIZES OR ITEMS
